What is Sage Living?

Sage Living is an organization that exists to provide affordable housing for the Central Florida region. Residents live life alongside one another working together to maintain the principles of the organization. The facilities are maintained by the residents who live at the home. Residents spend time weekly to contribute to the home and work on personal development as needed.

 

Who lives at Sage Living?

Sage Living serves a mixture of demographics.  We divide our residents based on common backgrounds and other key factors.  Our residents have diverse experiences, and we are attentive to those needs.  Some of these include, but are not limited to:

  • Re-entry

What is necessary for me to live at Sage Living?

Residents are usually referrals from government and non-profit organizations as well as medical professionals and social workers. The ability to meet rental payments is required along with willingness to follow house rules and contribute to the home via chores.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike most providers that have a check-list of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Doing so allows our qualified staff to better understand the distinctive needs of the client and therefore make a decision.
